About Navigate Maternity
Navigate Maternity is a maternal-health company serving mothers across Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Kentucky. Through our NavigateHER program we coordinate maternity care, supply insurance-covered breast pumps and blood-pressure monitoring kits, connect mothers with doulas and lactation consultants, and help with needs like food, housing and transportation.

What we text you
Mothers enrolled in NavigateHER may receive text messages about:
- Enrollment confirmation and next steps
- Appointment and visit reminders
- Check-in prompts — logging a blood-pressure reading, or how you're feeling
- Updates on equipment orders, including when supplies ship
- Messages from your care team
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never sell or share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.
Sign up for text messages
Enter your mobile number and tick the box to agree. Ticking it is the only way your number is added, and leaving it unticked does not affect your enrollment, your equipment, or any care you receive from us.
Signing up in the app
Enrolling in NavigateHER shows the same wording, unchecked by default, directly beneath the field where you enter your own mobile number.
SMS terms and conditions
- Message frequency varies based on your stage of care and the reminders you have turned on.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We send one confirmation, then nothing further.
- Reply HELP for help at any time.

Emergencies
Text messages are not monitored for emergencies and are not a substitute for medical advice. If something is wrong, call your provider or 911.
Privacy
Your mobile number and the messages we send are handled under our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, published in full alongside every other document you agree to under Disclosures. Navigate Maternity is a HIPAA-covered business and treats your information as protected health information.
