Terms of Use Last updated 09/08/25 · version 2025.09.08.2 Privacy Policy Last updated 8/22/2026 · version 2026.08.22.1 Client/Patient Bill of Rights & Responsibilities Effective August 2026 · version 1.0 Financial Responsibility Effective August 2026 · version 1.0How long we keep your information. Your account and the health information you record in the app — readings, screening answers, baby tracker entries, photos and messages — are kept for as long as your account is open and are erased when you delete it. Some records we keep longer: medical and equipment records, insurance and billing records and consent records for the period federal and state law require; records of care delivered under an agreement with a health plan or other payer for as long as that agreement requires; and de-identified, aggregated information — which cannot be traced back to you — indefinitely, for research into maternal health outcomes and for reporting on how our programs perform. Nothing we keep is used for advertising, and we do not sell information that identifies you. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
How to delete your account and your data. In the app, open Profile and choose Delete my account — deletion is immediate. If you cannot sign in, request deletion at mynavigatematernity.com/legal/delete-account, no login required, and we complete it within seven days of confirming the account is yours. You can also email info@navigatematernity.com or call (260) 585-6100.
How we use SMS — what we send, how often, and how to stop — is set out on our text message program page.
