Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm Eastern. Outside those hours, leave a message or email and we will reply the next business day.
When you write, include the email address on your NavigateHER account and, if it is about an order, the item it is for. That lets us find you straight away.
I can't sign in. Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The link we email you opens the app and lets you set a new password. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Where is my blood pressure kit or breast pump? Open My Orders in the app. Each order shows its step, and shipped orders carry a tracking number. If an order has been waiting on a signature from your provider's office for more than a few days, call us and we will chase it.
My cuff won't connect. Make sure Bluetooth is on, the cuff is awake (press its power button), and you are on the Blood Pressure screen. Tap Connect my cuff. The first connection can take up to 30 seconds. If it still fails, contact us with the cuff's serial number from under its base.
I want my information deleted. In the app, go to Profile → Delete my account. If you can no longer sign in, use the deletion request form.
How do I stop text messages? Reply STOP to any message. Details are on the text message program page.
NavigateHER is not an emergency service and we do not monitor messages around the clock. If you have a severe headache, vision changes, chest pain, heavy bleeding, or a bad feeling you cannot place, call your provider or 911. For thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988.
